Welcome to SamePinchRight. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SamePinchRight platform at samepinchright.com and jobs.samepinchright.com (the “Service”), operated by SamePinchRight (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

2. What the Service does

SamePinchRight aggregates job listings from publicly available sources to help job seekers discover opportunities. We also offer an optional, user-requested “Apply for me” service in which our team assists with job applications on your behalf using the information you provide.

3. Job listings and no employment guarantee

• Listings are aggregated from third parties and may change or expire without notice. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, or that any position is still open.
• SamePinchRight is an independent aggregator. We are not the employer, not a recruitment agency for the listed companies, and not affiliated with them. Company names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

4. “Apply for me” service

If you request this optional service, you authorize us to submit job applications on your behalf using the details and documents you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information. You may withdraw your authorization at any time by contacting us. We do not guarantee any specific result.

5. Payments

Certain features may be offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where payments apply, they are processed by our third-party payment provider, and any applicable fees and billing terms will be shown to you before you pay.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and original content, is owned by SamePinchRight. Job data and company marks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamePinchRight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any job listing.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
