SamePinchRight (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the SamePinchRight job-search platform at samepinchright.com and jobs.samepinchright.com (the “Service”). • Account information you provide when you sign up: your name, email address, and password (passwords are stored only in hashed form).
• Preferences & activity you create in the Service: saved jobs, applied-job records, job alert settings, default country, and reviews you choose to submit.
• “Apply for me” service details, if you request our done-for-you application service: your contact details, target roles, preferred locations, work authorization, experience, and a resume or LinkedIn link you provide.
• Technical data such as IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Local storage in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service — showing job listings, saving your preferences, and sending job alerts you opt into.
• To deliver the optional “Apply for me” service — only with your explicit request, applying to jobs on your behalf using the details you provide.
• To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With prospective employers / job platforms when you ask us to apply on your behalf, to the extent needed to submit those applications.
• With service providers who help us run the Service — for example email delivery, cloud hosting, and payment processing — who may process data only on our instructions.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

4. Job listings

Job postings shown in the Service are aggregated from publicly available sources and third parties. Company names and roles belong to their respective owners; SamePinchRight is an independent aggregator and is not affiliated with, or an agent of, the employers listed.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes your personal account data. Some records may be retained where required for legal or security purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you may opt out of job alert emails at any time. To make a request, use the contact details below or your account settings.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age.
